How does one become an internal tester?

for vb bug tracker pro ? and or is their a version I can buy that isn't 100% but is fuctional ,,, I'd be able to find with my 7500 developers any issues you may have remaining pretty fast ..

Weeks ago you said that is was close. Any eta ... or early test versions?
