Excellent work. We are using an older version of Bugs Tracker (Hack log installer) version, which serves it purpose but found your link here. I'm not sure if this site has any relation to our bug tracker, but it was from the vb.org site and I had a hacker install it for me to my forums.
One thing I've noticed thats really nice about VB Pro that you have for sale is the "Front Page" Landing pages showing bug stats (excellent idea), the reply functionality with WYSIWYG editor and the ability to sort result listings. Some of the things we do not have on our site.
One of the things that I absolutely require is the ability to "seperate" projects. Excellent concept there.
The MAJOR thing missing in both our bug tracker and YOUR bug tracker is (I think) of the most imporant aspects of this bug system -- "Subscribe to this Bug" / "Unsubscribe from this Bug" option.
This should work similar to the way VB sends out subscribed threads, daily, monthly, instantly .. whatever.. as long as the Bug Posters or Assigneee are able to keep up to date on latest bug threads.
Anyways, I'm not sure if we're interested in moving forward with VBPro you have to offer, since we have many of those features, along side with about 300 bug posts (not sure of any ability to migrate from our posts to your posts).. so I guess my message for your team today would be to contact me via PM and list your best Quote for the following (if you do customizations):
1 - Add "Subscribe to This Bug" and "Unsubscribe to this bug". Also, let the user decide if it's instant replies or daily replies. Each reply would look similar to the way VB sends their current emails (as per formatting wise).
2 - Discuss our options to integrate a front landing page like your tracker.
3 - Integrate a pulldown with projects listings similar to yours.
If this is something you guys can offer, please contact me.
